RETAINER POLICY:

To secure an event date, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit (based on bride’s total services only in the case of bridal party booking) due at the time of signing. DEPOSITS ONLY are accepted with PayPal, check, cash, or Chase QuickPay (to montanna.wilson@yahoo.com). This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised that dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved once a signed contract and retainer are received. Your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to: cancellation of wedding, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.

 

EVENTS PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment for the remaining balance by CASH OR CHECK ONLY is expected in full, on or before thirty (30) days prior to the event date. In the event that the event date is booked less than 30 days out, the full balance is due at the time of booking. If you have an outstanding balance on the wedding or event day, services will NOT be rendered.

 

EVENTS LATE POLICY:

A late fee of $50 per 15 minutes of delay will be charged when a client or booked party member is late for a scheduled appointment time, or if a scheduled time exceeds allotted time slot due to client delays. Late fees will be charged within 24 hours of the event. If you (or anyone in your party) are late on the event date, that time is deducted from the appointment time. If the artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of client tardiness, the artist will have to start the next client. If the artist has time at the end, they will finish the person who was late. The artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished makeup due to the client being late. This late policy also applies to Bridal Trials. This is Non-Negotiable.

 

EVENTS HAIR EXTENSIONS :

There is an additional $25 charge to event clients with sewn-in or clip-in extensions. This is a required fee due to the additional time needed for placement and styling. If a bride already knows who will be utilizing extensions, we request that is mentioned in advance to be added to the final invoice. Should a bridesmaid decide to use extensions on the day of the event, cash or check will be required prior to styling.

 

SPECIAL OCCASION (PROM/HOMECOMING/ETC) POLICY:

For all special occasion appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. No appointments will be made until payment is received. DEPOSITS ONLY are accepted with PayPal, check, cash, or Chase QuickPay (to montanna.wilson@yahoo.com). This is Non-Negotiable.

 

APPOINTMENTS POLICY:

For all makeup and hair appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. No appointments will be made until payment is received. DEPOSITS ONLY are accepted with PayPal, check, cash, or Chase QuickPay (to montanna.wilson@yahoo.com). This is Non-Negotiable.

 

BRIDAL TRIAL POLICY:

Trials are scheduled in-studio. A trial appointment does NOT guarantee a booking. If you decide to preview your look before retaining your event date, please be aware that your date may be booked by another client after your trial appointment. Once you have a trial appointment, it is the responsibility of the client to contact Montanna Rae Hair to secure their date. If you know for sure you love our work, go ahead and book us and don’t lose out on your date. You must have a signed contract and retainer before your event date is secured.

 

CONTRACT POLICY:

The contract will be signed by the person booking services for a particular session, and will specify the location, date, time, number of persons receiving hair/makeup services, and what time each person will have reserved. The retainer deposit must be paid at the time of contract signing to guarantee the reservation. Due to the possibility of schedule conflicts, additional services added after contract signing or changes made to the location, date, and time of event will be done at the sole discretion of Montanna Rae Hair. This contract is the only agreement between the person(s) booking / contracting the services of MRH. The contract with full policies will be emailed to the client and must be returned back to Montanna Rae Hair with payment. This contract is void after 3 business days from the time it is emailed. If we do not receive your contract and payment within that time period, then your date may be forfeited to another booking.

 

TRAVEL POLICY:

A $25 per-stylist rate applied for travel fees.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your services at any time; however, you will forfeit any and all retainers and/or payments made. In the event that an artist/stylist of Montanna Rae Hair is unable to perform services for any reason, including but not limited to, sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided. See contract for full Cancellation Policy for bridal parties.

 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• An Assistant Fee ($175 + travel fee) applies to parties of 6 or more or as required based on time constraints or service needs, at the discretion of Montanna Rae Hair.

• Client is responsible for any parking charges including valet. Parking fees to be covered by client at the time of services rendered.

• A change of location during services will incur an additional $150 per move.

• Services may be added until 30 days prior to the wedding date, and may not be subtracted.

• Hair Extension Policy : There is an additional $25 charge to clients with sewn-in or clip-in extensions. This is a required fee due to the additional time for placement and styling. This fee does not include the actual hair extensions.

• There are additional fees for early morning start times :

     – $75 charge for 7:00 – 7:30 am

     – $100 charge for 6:30 – 7:00 am

     – $200 charge for 6:00 – 6:30 am

     – $300 charge for anytime before 6:00 am

 

GRATUITIES:

Gratuities are gratefully accepted.
